A Journey from Phunakha Dzong to the Ney of Goentshephu

The journey begins at the Punakha Dzong, also known as Pungthang Dewa chhenbi Phodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). 😊😊😊😊This impressive fortress, nestled at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers, is a stunning example of Bhutanese architecture. Its whitewashed walls, towering prayer halls, and golden roofs stand as a testament to the country's rich history and Buddhist traditions.πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’– We started to walk towards the Ney of Goentshephu. That was the first journey of my life with my 4 friends. We reached at the  Ney of Goentshephu. Around at 1 P.M  When we reached there, the lhakhang was attached with a big rock, we all were shocked and we knew that t he Ney itself is a meditation cave of Guru Rinpoche and khandum.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
